Who uses this stuff?

Is it good?

I was always told not to rely on " shakes " for protein... They're

good for emergencies and maybe once a day, but 3 times a day?

Wouldn't eating my cottage cheese be just as good?

Also... I'm not entirely sure that anyone around here sells Myoplex

and I'm a freak that won't order stuff off the internet due to a

couple of bad experiences, so... Are there any other brands that

would work just as well?
