Guest guest
I've been looking all over the internet for a whole wheat bread recipe without yeast, but I can't find anything. I want to make a totally naturally bread without yeast that's good for sandwiches and the like. Not an unleavened bread and not a sourdough bread. Is this possible to do at home? They do it at this bakery (http://www.frenchmeadow.com/noyeast.htm) but they don't say how. From my understanding, without using yeast, it just takes a lot longer to rise???
