Guest guest
> Has anyone started the program that weighed 200 pounnds or more and > has lost on the Body for Life Program? I started last week at 206, yesterday i was 199 (woo hoo back under 200). I figure I'd like to get down to about 150 and size 12 clothes (I'm 5'8 " ) I haven't seen 150 in 20 years (acck!). I'm 40 yrs old. I have a large frame so I don't expect to get much smaller than size 12.... I don't expect to meet my goals in 12 weeks but I'm looking at this as a permanent lifestyle change, not a 'diet'. I won't even use that word around my kids... ! (they are 2 and 7 yr old boys). I use a treadmill and weights at home; right now walking at 4.0mph and 2.5 incline is hard enough for me.... but it's starting to get a little easier! Guest guest
I started at 195 and currently weigh 172 but you wouldn't believe I even weigh that much. This is why this program is so great, it's not about what the scale says but about how you look and how you feel. Go take a look at my pix they are under files and are titled 'Before and C2W8 doc'. BFL is a great program for anyone of any size wishing to become more active and healthy.
