I can totally understand your concern. I do the Myoplex original shakes

and bought my first box at GNC but found them to be $20 or even more

less online and that's even adding in $5 for shipping.

This link I found in our 'links' list in the group:

$57.70 @ GNC and $32.95 online

I forgot this part..

Before I'd been doing BFL, I had been getting the ready to drink slim

fast shake things and to be totally honest with you I found that doing

the box and even more so now that I'm getting it online works out a

little less price wise. SF doesn't give as much protein and I'd wanted.

:hopes that helps:

I mix my own shakes with 1 scoop whey protien, 1/2 c skim milk, 1/2c

water, splenda, and I add my flax oil in also. This formula leaves

room for a carb, usually a piece of wheat toast. Also we like zone

bars. They come in packs of 6 for about $5 at Wal-mart. Our favorite

is chocolate peanut butter yum! They're a little high in carbs but

they taste good and have adequate protein. The zone diet is similar

in " quality foods " to the BFL plan.
