I do the Myoplex original shakes and bought my first box at GNC but found them to be $20 or even more less online and that's even adding in $5 for shipping. This link I found in our 'links' list in the group: http://www13.netrition.com/myoplex_plus_page.html $57.70 @ GNC and $32.95 online -- |Demoness Abigor|net.goth|The Pinkest Deceptagon in da world! |AIM|AbigorBot| |Josh: you mentioned Transformers! and didn't use the words " are lame " in the same sentence! you are my dream girl! |Hedwig: " I'd like to share with you a bedtime story that mother once whispered to me in the dark and later retracted. Before I'd been doing BFL, I had been getting the ready to drink slim fast shake things and to be totally honest with you I found that doing the box and even more so now that I'm getting it online works out a little less price wise. SF doesn't give as much protein and I'd wanted. :hopes that helps: -- |Demoness Abigor|net.goth|The Pinkest Deceptagon in da world! |AIM|AbigorBot| |Josh: you mentioned Transformers! and didn't use the words " are lame " in the same sentence! you are my dream girl! |Hedwig: " I'd like to share with you a bedtime story that mother once whispered to me in the dark and later retracted. Guest guest
I mix my own shakes with 1 scoop whey protien, 1/2 c skim milk, 1/2c water, splenda, and I add my flax oil in also. This formula leaves room for a carb, usually a piece of wheat toast. Also we like zone bars. They come in packs of 6 for about $5 at Wal-mart. Our favorite is chocolate peanut butter yum! They're a little high in carbs but they taste good and have adequate protein. The zone diet is similar in " quality foods " to the BFL plan.
