Here I am again!

Does anyone know how to make Katz's " honey water " . I was going to make the T'ej

yesterday

from photocopies of this section of the book (I ordered the book at the swap and

it hasn't

come yet...) and found that the directions for honey water were on page 29.

Yikes! The book

went back to the library and it's on a long waiting list.
