I rarely eat bread but my husband eats it like it is going out of style. Therefore, I would like to make something that is somewhat healthy especially compared to the stuff in the regular grocery store. So, what I am wondering can I use a bread machine instead of the oven? Right now I am making the sourdough starter from NT, it will be done tomorrow and thought it would be nice to use the bread machine for the kneading and baking of the bread.
