Guest guest
Sorry Philippa; are very bad at 'help': there is only an only a web-based 'your questions answered' facility, and if your question is not on there, tough! But please don't worry about posting 'help messages' on line, because if one person is having a problem, you can be pretty sure that others are. And maybe someone else can help sort it out, if I can't. One of the disadvantages of having a 'daily digest' instead of individual emails is that the digest only includes a note stating that there were attachments to this message. You can access the files through the web page, which is: Before you can access the messages via the webpage, you need to 'sign on' which means having a a pass word that you make up for yourself (and keep a note of). Because is an international web provider, most common passwords have been taken, but usually a combination of name and random number is acceptable. Once you have signed on, which takes a few minutes first time, you can check 'remember password?' and you do not have to go through the whole business every time: just periodically you are asked to verify your details. Once you have accessed the web page you can access the message and download the attachments from the web page. The only way to separate the messages on the digest before replying is to delete the irrelevant bits yourself. It is because all this seems quite fiddly that many people prefer to have individual emails, even though it fills up the in-box much quicker (because of all the space being taken up by attachments)! Once you can access the web page, you can experiment with the different settings for yourself. Hope this helps.
