Anyone know of a local kombucha mushroom source, or do I hafta mail order? Also, any local (Twin Cities) restaurants / delis / stores serving kvass? I'd like to make it, but I'd kind of like to try it first to get the idea. I'm such a fuss-budget--I don't want to spend a month of my life on something I won't drink. Thanks!
