Guest guest
Sure: Arm -1 " Chest -1 " Waist -2.5 " Abd -3.5 " Hips -1.5 " Thigh -1.75 " Calf -0 BF 26.6% Scale weight -3# Keep in mind that these are by two different people, but this is from a 2 week span including my horrible eating for a few days while my daughter was in the hospital. I have a ways to go with the BF, definitely. But, I feel liking I am really dropping fat fast and I have some great muscle definition. I am so excited and like someone else said - Why didn't I do this sooner? (like after my first challenge) I'd love to be accountability partners, even for two weeks, . Or are you planning another challenge after that? Where did you start out at with BF? Here are a few of my goals: Less than 20% BF At least size 6, less would be awesome - currently sometimes 8, sometimes 10 (why aren't sizes uniform? Other goals deal with planning meals and workout consistently. You can email me privately and we can discuss things, if you'd like. Guest guest
> Competition types are as follows: > >> Fitness: Probably the most difficult. Similar to figure except there is a fitness routine where certain exercise are mandatory and you almost have to have a gymnastics background to win. I've done a bit of research into this in the past couple of months. I am going to try going into fitness myself. What I've found is that there seems to be a difference between competitions and what is required, and what will win. NPC competitons look for hard bodies and definitely want gymnastic ability. But Fitness America wants a bit softer look, and not so much with the gymnastics, though the routines are still intense dancing, you're not required to do any flips etc. Splits, high kicks, yes. I'm working on mine!!! I'll be going for the Fitness America competitions. Some girls do both, but I don't have a dance/gymnastic background. I'm starting my dance training next week. A hip hop class and in June private jazz classes. Hopefully that extra movement combined with BFL will also help me to loose more BF%. I've got one year. I think I can do it! ----Mandi
