Guest guest
but...what to do if your shoulders are messed up and you can't train them. C Shoulders, on the other hand, can be seen from every angle. Summertime is sleeveless time and nothing looks better than well formed deltoids. Poorly developed shoulders are difficult to hide unless you want to stay under wraps all summer. Guest guest
I agree with you 100% on the shoulders! My shoulders are one of my favorite body parts and people will sometimes look at me weird because it's not a normal answer (i.e. legs, butt, etc). I have fairly broad shoulders for a female and when I was in my first challenge, they became nicely developed. Halter tops were VERY flattering on me and I really liked the way I looked from the front, side, and back! Plus, I love training shoulders, which made it that much more of a reward. M. There's this one girl who has the slender body that everyone would covet but geez, her arms are soooo skinny it is unbelievable. The rest of her isn't horribly skinny but she has no biceps, triceps, or shoulders, and she works out with a trainer. She must eat bagels all the time and no protein. If I were a real buttinsky type I'd pull her aside and tell her how to eat. Stasia

'This reminds me of a comment my 5 year old son made to me the other day. I had on a summer shirt with very short sleeves. He said " Wow, mommy I haven't seen your muscles before, because you have been wearing longer sleeves. "
