Guest guest
This is so strange... I was going to post a similar question today. I noticed this morning the time for my mid-meal came and I was not hungry in the slightest. I finally ate it anyway, about an hour later than I should have. Now, I've just now gotten my lunch together. I understand the principal behind eating every few hours. What I can't figure out is do I eat even when I don't want anything? Then there are other days where I can't seem to get enough to eat. The strange part is, I eat pretty much the same things everyday, with a few exceptions. You'd think that what made me full one day would do so the next but that's not the case. Aren't our bodies wonderful things ? it's 1:00...i'm suppose to be eating!? so i'm suppose to be eating my 3rd meal today. i'm SO not hungry. still full from my 10:00. what do i do? force myself to eat? (although i couldn't right now) wait until i'm really hungry?
Guest guest
If you are still full from your 10am meal then you ate too large a paortion. Try smaller portions.
Guest guest
everything i've read says to get a certain amount (after you've figured it out) of protein, carbs and fat per meal. i only had a cup of cottage cheese. which was a lot, but only 180 calories. > If you are still full from your 10am meal then you ate too large a > paortion. Guest guest
1 cup of cottage cheese! I use a half cup to 3/4 cup. Try making your portions smaller, if the meals are too large it will slow your metablolism down.
