Guest guest Posted April 6, 2004 Report Share Posted April 6, 2004 Has anyone figured out a way to record your weights and not have to lug around the journal to the gym ? I have been making copies of the pages but then I don't get it recorded back in the journal after the workout. I was thinking maybe a small notebook or a laminated card. Just wondering what others are using ? I think its good to record the weights to see the improvement.
