For anyone who had difficulty finding the NHS Plan Implementation Programme on NHS Net (I just kept getting error messages) it is also available on: www.doh.gov.uk/nhsplanimpprogramme/index.htm 2. Have just been introduced to a Health and Equity Network that looks like a useful resource www.jiscmail.ac.uk/lists/health-equity-network.html 3. Paper to look at in newest (January 2001) edition of Journal of Advanced Nursing 33: 1 113-119, by Ruth Elkan, Jane and colleagues: Universal vs. Selective services: the case of British Health Visiting Argues strongly for universal services and use of health visitor professional judgement to prioritise within caseloads.
