It's nice to know that we're all REAL people! What we're doing right: Raw dairy Mostly organic including almost all vegetables, fruits, meats. Mostly natural cleaners and body products and makeup No more microwave! No corn syrup, trans fats or fake sugars or dyes. (okay, one of these sneaks in rarely but it's pretty darn rare anymore) Coconut oil Where we could use improvement: I'm an afternoon snacker and I don't always make the best choices.working on that. I've cut WAY down on my sugar consumption but it could be better I don't drink enough water on a consistent basis We order in pizza once every couple of months. We still do 's every 4-6 months or so.much better than weekly which is what we were doing before I don't consistently take vitamins I make bruschetta with olive oil It's about the journey, not the destination!
