Congratulations on finishing your 1st challenge! I've done the same

thing (started but didn't finish) many times. It looks as though

you've had some great results.

Like you, I'm looking for the 'motivational boost' of having actually

finished a challenge.

Good luck on challenge 2.

It is great that you are starting C2 right away.

I have started over so many times, It is great you just kept plugging away, even

if at

the beginning you were not doing it by the book.

You may even do better in C2!!!!!!!

Hi Ann,

First huge congratulations on completing a full challenge.. I must admit I was

amazed when I read how much body fat you lost in just 12 weeks time!!! I am new

to this group... I just joined the other day and am on my 4th week of my first

challenge.. I got measured and tested before entering the program by my

trainer.. I am 54 years of age and am 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighed in at 123

pounds with a BMI of 21.5 and body fat of 20.5.. on the caliper test my body fat

was equally distributed... I now weigh in at 122 pounds but will not have my

body fat checked again until the end of the 12 weeks..

I work cardio 5 times a week and am lifting weights 4 times a week.. I adore my

personal trainer Ben came highly recommended and is a very high level trainer..

I look forward to the beginning of July when I get measured again.. and have

completed C1.. This is what I look like now I snapped the photo just

yesterday~~~~

Wishing you all much continued success and look forward to getting to know all

of you better through time.

and strength. Give thanks for your food and the joy of living. If you see no

reason for giving thanks, the fault lies with yourself. "
