What doe the numbers mean

I have a question as to what the BP numbers mean if I can get the top

number down, but not the bottom number. I'm taking 150 spiro / day

and exercising 20 min / day and keeping sodium to under 850 mg. With

that my BP is getting down to 118/85 and as low as 118/88. What can I

do to get the bottom number down? Or does it matter that the bottom

number is so close to the top number?
