Guest guest Posted April 14, 2004 Report Share Posted April 14, 2004 I'm on day three of challenge 1; last night I met with my trainer for the first BFL lifting workout. I was a bit apprehensive as to how she might view BFL. I thought she might think it was a fad or just the next thing I was interested in. Thankfully, she knew that BFL was a great choice for eating and working out! I had a great lifting workout last night; I'm VERY sore today, a GOOD sore.
