Hmmm, not sure what I should do here. I " started " my C2 last week

and did great... until Saturday. My oldest dd came down with strep,

then pneumonia, and was hospitalized. We just came home today.

(She's doing great, BTW.) I guess I did ok until Sunday. I did my

HIIT earlier Saturday before taking her to the ER that night. I

think I lost 3 pounds last week! Anyway, Sunday was my planned free

day, so no problemo there. Then, she was kept in the hospital two

more nights. So, no workout on Monday or today. My eating was

pretty poor. Ok, it sucked. So, do I get busy and try to do what I

can to make up for this and stick with my original plan? I could

skip free day on Sunday. Or, do I just start my C2 tomorrow or even

next Monday? I really want to make this an official challenge,

which is the only reason it really matters. Have to worry about

pics and all. Any thoughts? (It's nice to have something else to

worry about besides my dd. :) Oh, and a couple more ?s: Anyone

about my stats starting a challenge looking for a BFL accountability

buddy? Also, Body Blog looks really cool, but I couldn't see how

you could sign up for it? TIA!!

Sorry to hear about all of your woes! But definitely do not start over. As

you will read time and time again on this board, this program is for LIFE

and sometimes life throws us curveballs like that. Keep on your current

plan - just pick up where you would have been and put these past few days

behind you. Honestly I don't think they'll make that much of a difference

in your overall results.

Hi -

I know how it is to have a sick child or spouse while you are in

your challenge. I would not try to " make up " for any of your missed

exercise. Bill says if you miss a workout - you missed it.

Move on and work hard on your next workout. He says trying to make

up for a missed workout puts you in a reactive mode instead of

proactive. I would continue with your challenge. No challenge will

go perfectly - I learned that on my challenge. Just hit it hard on

your next workout!

:)
