Guest guest
Hi everyone! here from Indiana (formerly WI - hi Raciners!). I've been a member here for a while, did my first challenge last summer. I see a few familiar faces here, as well as some new ones, glad for both. My challenge last summer ended early, but I had some awesome results. I lost about 10% BF, 19lbs of fat and gained 9 lbs of muscle, if my measurements were accurate. The holidays were rough on me, a few too many desserts and not enough moving the body, so I've gained a couple of pounds back. But, the past few weeks, I'm back into my weight routine and this week I am determined to get my cardio in (I detest cardio with a passion!) Just did my HIIT for today, as a matter of fact. (Yeah, me!) I checked into the messages recently and have been so inspired that I am doing C2! I already sent for my packet at EAS and I am ready to be a hottie muscle mama by July! I seem to put on muscle easily, so I am really excited about losing some more fat and getting lean. Can't wait! Goals for C2: Under 20% BF Size 6 (or less Plan, plan, plan my meals! 6 workouts per week Anyone else starting C2 this week? Any new people from Indiana? I hope to be able to post occasionally and read pretty frequently, that seemed to help keep me motivated last time. That's all for now, just thougth I'd say hi and get to know some of the new people! in IN (is the other still here?) Tastefully Simple Team Leader ville, IN ID#4254 When I work, it's a party! Guest guest
Hey - Couldn't help but notice that you're a Tastefully Simple person. I've boasted many a time on this board about Tastefully Simple's Seasoned Salt. Absolutely makes my eggs to die for! What kinds of products have you used or envision using for your challenge to spice up your foods without completely throwing your salt intake out the window? I usually use just a small sprinkle of the Seasoned Salt because it is so seasoned and so salty! in WI (Green Bay, that is...) Guest guest
Hi , I am starting challenge 2 on Monday 4/19. I've never posted my goals before so here they are....<BIG DEEP BREATH>... 1. 25 pounds off 2. Reduce Body Fat by 10% 3. Post in at least 1 of my 3 boards daily. (bflnorthcarolina, bfl101 and new to bodyforlifewomensclub) 4. Plan EACH MEAL And my reward for all this: I'm treating myself to a 50 minute Aromatherapy Massage at a new dayspa that opened in town! > Hi everyone! > here from Indiana (formerly WI - hi Raciners!).
