Guest guest
I found a site by doing a google search, I typed in 'dried apple nutrition' the site said 26g of carbs for 1 oz. Dried fruits are high in sugars. Here's the link http://www.justtomatoes.com/html/nutrition/apple2.html

Guest guest
When you remove water you concentrate the sugar.
Guest guest
, You can also try the USDA's Nutrient Data Laboratory, which has nutrition information for thousands of foods. http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/ According to that database, 100 grams [3.5 oz] of dried apples, uncooked, is 65g carbs. One ring is 4g. Cooked dried apples have less carbs [15-20g per 100 grams, depending on whether sugar is added or not]. Sometimes I weigh my fruit to make sure I'm not eating too many carbs [i loooove fruit]. My scale is only oz/lbs so I convert grams to ounces at http://www.convert-me.com and then plug the numbers into the nutrient database. Hope this helps. > > I found a site by doing a google search, I typed in 'dried apple > > nutrition' the site said 26g of carbs for 1 oz. Dried fruits are > high > > in sugars.
