My body fat is 28 percent which I had them look up on a chart and I

am on the verge of being on the high end of fitness...My trainer also

told me that I am overtraining by increasing my weight so much

between reps. She told me that BFL is an absolutely fantastic body

building plan but for me I need to modify it a little bit. I need to

keep up my daily cardio of one hour per day. I need to do only three

sets of exercises versus five and to still work my muscles to fatigue

but remember to REST in between. I have NEVER done this so this tells

me that although I am lifting heavier weights, I am not sustaining

the lift long enough to fatigue the muscle. And also someone told me

yesterday about salt intake ie cottage cheese etc. WELL! big

difference 24 hours later. I started sucking down a ton of water and

stopped the cheeses. (cottage and others) and I already feel less

bloated.

Today I have eaten:

Myoplex shake with 8 ounces of Lactaid and one small banana and three

or four strawberries and ice...

Fruit salad, peanut butter(natural, less than 1 TBS) and sugar free

jelly on 100% wheat bread.

Now I will have a snack til work and then dinner and a snack when I

get home.

for dinner I am planning a salad with turkey on top and water.

for snack an apple.

Thanks to you all for your comments. I REALLY appreciate it and I

feel like I am well on my way to attaining the best body I have ever

had!!!

Talk to you later.
