Does this mean that if your pee smells like ammonia in the morning that you

are catabolic? (or are you just referring to body odor?) Occasionally, in the

morning my pee smells like this. I don't usually eat anything in the morning

though until after I work out. Should I eat something in the morning if my

pee smells like this?

Thanks! You scared me for a minute. Good! I just always figured it was

because I didn't drink enough water the day before so when this happens I try to

drink more water.
