Guest guest
I am so psyched! I started doing one hour of cardio on Monday and drinking alot of water and cutting down salt and no cheese and I have already lost three pounds. !! I don't remember who told me about the " bloating-up " diet but THANK YOU! I have substituted more breads for raw veggies and lots more fruits. I am not really afraid of the extra carbs because of my higher metabolism. It is more important to me to not feel like I am counting the minutes until I eat again and this has really helped. As far as the proteins go, well, I try to fit them in where I can. I always thought that peanut butter was protein and yesterday someone said it counts as a fat...this is all very confusing to me...I am hoping to strike a balance here. Well, the scale is moving and I am happy. (Peeing all the time... but happy!) Take care all. PamD
Guest guest
Ah, that was me with the swell up diet. Glad it gave you some ideas. What I'm really cracking up at is your last line: " I'm happy... peeing all the time, but happy! " That could be the club motto. :-) I am starting to lose!!! I am so psyched!
