Some people say it's OK to spread the food out over more than one

day, but in my opinion keeping it to one day is the best idea

because a) you only go to bed with crap in your stomach once B)

there is only so much fat your body can put on in one day, so eating

it all at once means it only gets one opportunity to make you put on

fat! (might be totally wrong, but that's why I would stick to one

day)

i've tried doint the two day carryover freeday. but, i've found that

i end up eating more and feeling worse. i guess you could try it and

see if it works for you and if you don't like it then you can just

go back to the tradtional way of a free day. i think alot of bfl is

about trial and error and figuring out what works for you.

that's a good point - there's only so much junk food you can eat in

one day. If you go to sleep after having half a free day, you are

more likely to wake up ready to stuff yourself full of naughty-

goodies again
