Hi there, welcome from out of the shadows ;-)

What things are you comitting to changing? You say you've been

doing it a while, on your terms. I was wondering what they were?

Good luck! Keep in mind all that you've read about the things you go

through in the first 4-6 weeks, and visit Skwigg's site for more info.

I'm still amazed at how someone my height can weigh that little when I've

not seen that weight since my bout with food poisoning over 10 years ago. I

must have some pretty dense muscle! Just goes to show that the scales don't

necessarily tell you what your level of health and fitness are!

When I say I followed BFL on my own terms, it was: I worked out 5-6

times a week Weights & HIIT. But if I didn't feel like challenging

myself I didn't.

My eating is mostly 40/40/20 like BFL, but I take too many free

meals. Don't write down what I've eaten. My evening snacking was

starting to get out of hand.

I'm committing to following BFL as it is in the book. Challenging

myself. And getting my eating under control by following BFL

strictly. 6 meals/day. Write everything down.

BTW: I've followed your challenge, and your progress these past

months. You've done a fabulous job!

Thanks for reminding me about the first 4-6 weeks. And I have been

to Skwiggs site many times. Isn't it/she very inspirational.

I've worked out most of my adult life. So I'm in good shape. I'm

just not in GREAT shape. I've got muscles that you can see.

Especially upper body. My body fat right now is 19.9% according to

the biofitness.com site. If I accomplish my goals I will be at 13.5%

body fat.

Right now my body is driving me nuts because I've got this muscle.

But all my body fat is this blubbery layer sitting on top of it. And

summer is coming, so I'm motivated.

I hope you're accomplishing your goals also.
