I woke up this morning and found I had left my refrigerator door open for 4 hours. I had mainly vegetables and eggs so I wasn't too worried............except for a couple of grass fed Rib steaks sitting on a plate on the bottom shelf. They felt room temp to the touch. Safe or toss?
