Guest guest
Welcome, Sara! I would highly recommend reading / buying The Untold Story Of Milk by Ron Schmid (sp?). I have just finished it and wow...what a read! It will open your eyes and answer questions you didn't even know you had. Best of luck on your journey! " I do not ask that Thou should give me some high or noble task. Give me little hands to fold in mine. Give me little children to point Thy way, over the strange, sweet path that leads to You. Give me little voices to teach to pray. Give me shining eyes Thy face to see. The only crown I ask to wear is this, that I may teach my children. I do not ask that I may stand among the wise, the worthy, or the great; I only ask that softly, hand in hand my children and I may enter at the gate. Guest guest
Welcome Sara! You'll find that there is a preponderance of Sara's (and 's) on this list! I have never before in my life met so many Sara's in one place! I just cannot explain it. My advice: just keep reading, reading, reading! You can read more about NT at the WAPF website. There is one article there that explains the principles of NT such as why soaking grains is important, why grass fed beef should be consumed and not grain fed beef, and so on down the list. And never be afraid to ask questions! Also remember there are tons of resources at the group website, check them out! I think there is a file of recommended reading (laboriously put together by our mod/list owner Will). Sara of Eagan Sara <themartis@...> wrote: Thanks for the idea Will!! Ok, my name is Sara. I live close to Mora, MN with my husband and our 3 children. I got the Nourishing
