Hi

I have the yogourmet multi yogurt machine and I love it. It is super

easy to use, to clean etc. My yogurt always turns out great. I leave

it in the machine for 24 hours.

When I make yogurt, I boil water in a tea kettle, pour it into glass

quart jars, place the jars in a small cooler, and that stays at a

pretty constant temperature for as long as the yogurt needs. I would

make it in the evening, leave it in the cooler overnight, transfer it

to the fridge in the morning.
