Guest guest
Hi I have the yogourmet multi yogurt machine and I love it. It is super easy to use, to clean etc. My yogurt always turns out great. I leave it in the machine for 24 hours. h
Guest guest
When I make yogurt, I boil water in a tea kettle, pour it into glass quart jars, place the jars in a small cooler, and that stays at a pretty constant temperature for as long as the yogurt needs. I would make it in the evening, leave it in the cooler overnight, transfer it to the fridge in the morning. > > Hello- > > I'm interested in making my own yogurt, but it looks like it needs to > be kept at 100 degrees for 18-20 hours -- does anyone know a way to > do this in the winter??
