Guest guest Posted March 16, 2004 Report Share Posted March 16, 2004 not long after I started my challenge I noticed my triceps were feeling lumpy. At first I was a bit frightened, imagining all sorts of things were wrong with me, or my muscles were developing incorrectly. Then one of the swedish twins at the gym told me it was a good sign, that it meant I was losing fat. She also mentioned I might experience it inbetween my thighs too. So yay! So my question is, can anyone give me any more information about this? Why it gets lumpy? How long will I be lumpy for? What is happening in my body?
