Guest guest Posted January 4, 2006 Report Share Posted January 4, 2006 I'm looking for a farmer that delivers pork to the cities (or one that's close enough for pick-up). Pastured and preferrably cuts with as much fat as possible (or possibility to costume order). There's been a lot of talk about 100% pastured beef, but what about pork? Do pigs need to be 100% pastured too? What are they able to digest (any grain at all)?
