Guest guest
It is a book by Dave Greenwalt. Go to www.thepowerstore.com. When I did BFL a couple of years ago I was reading the board a lot and a few of the women here mentioned it and a few actually did the program and saw great results. > What is the Leaness Lifestyle book? > > Thanks, > Ana > > >
Guest guest
How does the program differ from BFL? > > What is the Leaness Lifestyle book? > > > > Thanks, > > Ana > > > > > >
Guest guest
From what I read it seems a lot harder to plan because you are dealing with calories instead of portion size etc. The book is a really informative book though. I figure once I get through my 12 weeks then I will use the info in it to tweak my program. I did BFL a couple of years ago and had great results then I got injured and had to quit right before I finished the first challenge. I could not get back on track until recently. Now I have a lot more to lose than I did the firt time around. It is really frustrating. > > > What is the Leaness Lifestyle book? > > > > > > Thanks, > > > Ana > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
My partner is a member of leanness lifestyle. It seems to me that it's quite similar to BFL, but a LOT stricter. It's for people who want to learn more than the basics (which is the appeal of BFL - it's not complicated), and to reallly fine-tune what they are doing. For example, I tell him that the general opinion here on the boards is that flaxseed oil should be seen as a supplement, and not counted as part of the daily calorie intake. With LL, it says something like " some people don't count flaxseed oil as part of their calorie intake. It's still calories people, your body isn't going to ignore the calories, count it! " . It's a lot stricter basically. Many people who are part of LL started off on BFL, and still really support it. It's not like they have given up on BFL because LL is better, they just learnt all they could from BFL and moved on from there. Most of them are strong advocates of BFL from what I've read on their forums. And also because you're paying for the service, when you go in there with a questino, not only will you get help from the other members, but himself WILL answer your questions. He has to, you pay for it! And he seems to be a guru so you know you're getting quality answers I guess. in NZ C1W9D5 > What is the Leaness Lifestyle book? > > Thanks, > Ana > > >
