I guess the problem is that we cant set up a database using excel at

that each member can enter their data in and will calculate

what ever it is we want.

is not very friendly. I think Google has a database system where each

member can enter data. I'm not sure that it calculates though.

OTHO I am impressed that saves all 12000 of our past notes.

BTW we need to archive these in case changes and deletes ours.

It's really a complicated problem even if you have a real database, because you

will want to protect the data each enters as theirs.

That means each has a section they enter with their password, yet the whole page

is available to see by all.

Not easy with PC software - of course it might be possible with MSAccess but

most don't have that and it probably could not reside IN .

A comparison of a few variables is available in - not near what you want.

I logged on 11/22/05 so I have all but the first 4889 msgs. Saved in at

least 3 places.

Downloading those is not easy. I once asked and got no reponse.
