Guest guest Posted March 18, 2006 Report Share Posted March 18, 2006 tonight i did some easy cardio with denise austin (her personal trainer dvd) which was good for a warmup. then i did stott pilates 'basic pilates' dvd, which was ok. both workouts were quite easy but i needed that tonight. :*carolyn.
