First sprout batch - questions

I've sprouted a french garden mix. They're ready to be harvested. Very tightly

packed within the Easy Sprout. How should I proceed? Dump 'em into a bowl &

rinse? Best way to dry after doing that? After doing so, cover the bowl

w/plastic wrap to store in fridge? I just cannot see how one can use the Easy

Sprout to store a crop in the fridge.
