Guest guest Posted July 13, 2006 Report Share Posted July 13, 2006 Today was another mixed bag - started with 10 Minute Solution Fat Burning Blast, followed by Quick Fix Upper Body workout and finished with Caribbean workout Sculpt that Body - Pilates. The workout was about 48 minutes long and I was in my zone for 28 minutes and burned 226 calories. After this I did Kest's Energize again, it was tougher this time maybe due to slight soreness. But I have to work very hard, and I think it's maybe when it's more humid out??Darcy who did Legs & Glutes this morning, then Cardio kickbox, then the ab section off of 's Body Design workout... then I worked w/ Kim a little..
