Be sure and review what workouts you do if/when you have time! I have some of the YBB workouts but haven't done them yet. Tonite I'm doing either Powerstrike Millenium series 3 or TJ Cardio Party 2. I have a feeling it will be the latter, and I'll review whichever one I do since I haven't reviewed either of them yet. So far, so good on the diet. I can see where evenings will be difficult for me. But you can do anything for 10 days, right? I'm hoping that after 10 days I'll be so happy with how I look and feel that when I [slowly] reintegrate other foods in that I won't overdo it.
