Good for you controlling yourself and especially not letting it become a whole series of bad choices, that is AWESOME!! Congratulations to your DH on his weight loss too, it's great that you and he can be on the same page!

Hi ,I know EXACTLY what you're talking about!! If I endup missing a workout (other than a planned rest day)my day is so off. the workout really sets me up for amuch better day! :)I'm looking forward to hearing more about BodyClutter.I wasn't very good today with emotional eating, but Idid control myself and stopped and I'm not fallinginto the "you blew it, might as well blow it big time"frame of mind. yes, I didn't make a good choice, butthat is no reason or excuse to make poor choices forthe rest of the day. I suggested to DH that we have anice big healthy salad for dinner (he's trying to losesome weight - so he was agreeable, he's actually lost14 lbs since the new year!)
