Guest guest Posted May 3, 2006 Report Share Posted May 3, 2006 I'm really enjoying them. i think the daily cardio is a good change up for me - I rarely did that - I always alternated cardio and strength - the closest would be doing FIRM or Circuit workouts for cardio. The only one I don't have is 10-10-10 - so I make up my own stuff for that day and do the tricep work from another workout. I actually need to make up my tricep work this week - was supposed to do it today, but it hasn't happened I'll squeeze it in somewhere!
