Hi Everyone! I have a question for all of you but especially the personal trainers in this group. I want to lose as much weight as I can before my cruise on August 18th but I want to do it safely and I don't want to regain the weight that I lose. I plan on walking a lot and will probably use the exercise room on the ship so I should be able to maintain my weight loss. Here is my exercise plan: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday - starting with 30 minutes a day in the morning (adding 5 minutes each week) and 30 minutes every evening (not adding additional minutes.) Fridays - walking only ONCE for 30

minutes. In addition, following Kathy 's Project: YOU - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday - weight training Upper/Lower alternating. Wednesday - Pilates Core and Yoga Flex. Ok now for the question: Should I do the aerobics dvd along with the Kathy 's weight training dvds or just do the walking? I don't want to burn myself out. I wanted to know what you all thought of my plan. Please let me know asap, Jen __________________________________________________
