After having a couple of weeks, where I had a couple of days off each week, I feel I am back on track well. Although, I am finding myself ony wanting to do Mindy or Cathe. I love both of them and am guaranteed an awesome sweat when I put one or the other in. However yesterday I did Spreen's new one. It started off slow, but I was sweating buckets in the end. I burned 823.... I then did FitPrime's Floor Burn. I liked it okay, but one of my pet peeves is when they work one side and then throw a ton of exercises in afterwards and then go to the other side. I like to do the both sides and then move on. I had to stop and rewind a firm workout the other day cuz I thought they forgot the other side, but a long while later, they worked the other side. I hope to get something in tomorrow, and then it will be a week straight that I have went strong. I'm not going to plan for my next rest day and take it as it comes. I don't do well w/ planned rest days.

Anyway, I am babbling and need to go back to bed...Darcy
