Hello!!

At the gym, I spent 15 minutes on the bike, which burned 83 calories. Seems like the total is higher when I do this as my first exercise. Then I got in 37 minutes on the elliptical trainer for 496 calories. I also did a set of leg/back/lower body exercises on the machines. At least I'm getting those in on a regular (every other visit) basis.

Looks like the tape will have to wait until Friday. Today's guilt-ridden post-gym errand was getting the oil changed on the car. Hope the boys did a better job tightening things than last time. I ended up with a slow oil leak, corrected by tightening stuff underneath.

Friday, I go for contact lenses (after the morning's workout!).
