Hi , I've been blue too these past few months and have gained 20 lbs! Ug! I send you warm hugs of support. I agree that exercise is the single best way to help - that and kitty cats! I too am starting out again slow. While I teach some tough Turbo Kick classes on the weekends, my body is used to these workouts and I need to switch it up, but I haven't been motivated to do anything other than teaching and my 3 mile walks at lunch. I've been doing dance workouts and hi/lo, as my elbow is still giving me trouble from Hapkido. I'm also trying to do more abdominal work, but mostly I can reduce the size of my big gut by not drinking so dang much! Your goals sound very sound to me, ! Yoga and T'ai Chi both make me feel better about myself and with Life too. I am hesitant to do any downdogs

or updogs because of this dang elbow though! I'm thinking of going slowly with the yoga workouts from BodyMix or Candlelight Yoga from Crunch. I'm sorry you have to battle with depression, and I'm happy you're coming out of it. Hang in there!! Hugs
