/ suggestions for subject lines

Hi ! This was just a suggestion, I hope you didn't mean I was pointing a finger at you or anything! :-) When you put "Friday workout" in the subject line and nothing else, the reader doesn't know what you are going to write about. It might be nice to put something like "Friday workout: Kick Punch and Crunch", or simply the name of the workout you are reviewing. It's not a "must do" by any means; I only suggested this because I run 4 all with individual email delivery options. I also work three jobs, and have to budget my time very carefully. Informative subject lines allow the reader to prioritize what to read first (if at all). Hope this makes sense? If not, just lemme know!
