Guest guest Posted June 21, 2006 Report Share Posted June 21, 2006 Well im proud of myself, I got up and decided ok now or never. I did fitprimes flex posture. I did better than I thought. Was able to do the yoga stances and flexability. Used 5-7-10 db. Just heel pushes on the 14 in box. I felt great all day! Evening w/o Trying to get into swing o things so I only did a 8 min. Tape of tae Bo. Did ok need to build up quickness. . The excerises I will be working with are, Firm-fitprime- sansone-Kathy smith-tae Bo Bellydancing-Windsor and stotts pilates.
