you can buy sprouted flour from this site or make your own. (sprout the grains,

dehydrate

them and then grind for flour) here are some recipes.

there is also a recipe on p. 494 of NT. the wheat berries can be sprouted rather

than soaked.

Has anyone ordered from them recently? I have ordered in the past

and have had fine experiences. I placed a rather large order

FEBRUARY 6th - that I still don't have. I have sent emails and

called. The last email I got was 3 1/2 weeks ago (a week after I

sent one) to say the order would go out in a week or two. Does

anyone know... is the business stable? still in business? I know

wheat is not stable, but communication is free and easy.

Hey Folks!!!

I got a bread making machine off of Freecycle yesterday. I wanted to see if

anyone had some recepies for Ezekiel type bread that would go into a bread

machine. Thanks!
