Working with Ambergris

" Hello Salaam,

I have received your ambergris tincture. It is very light and smelling of

the sea. It is not long lasting or very tenacious on my arm.

What materials have you found that it works the best with. Floral, Citrus,

Balsams?

Thanks,

Dorothy "

Dear Dorothy,

yes it is light because it is meant to give to many the opportunity to smell

this rare aroma, and the quantity available on the planet is most limited.

It is not tenacious even on " mouilettes " stripes but strangely it gives

intensity and length to other aromas, particularly to the florals that

happen to just bloom with the addition of it.

I do use this very tincture in my only fragrances that contain Ambergris,

which are Pheromone for men and Pheromone for woman.

The result is spectacular with flowers but Ambergris blends very well for

Sandal wood, for those who have some left and want to make some " not for

sale " fragrances.

Cordiali saluti

Salaam
