Guest guest
Hi, This evening I did Imax 3. I was kind of dreading it because of all the jumping, but I modified on a few and saved my knees. I had trouble with intervals 5 and 6, those really get me winded. I burned 472 calories and was in my zone 38 minutes. Have a great night!!! Guest guest
I feel like that a lot... especially during dancy aerobics. I posted how much I enjoyed the Abs & Chest of Steel workout and my husband laughed when I told him I did. He said he could hear me saying (through the vent) "Oh come on!!!!" to it for a while and thought I'd be pitching this one too. That was during the aerobics segment where they kept adding on more movements and I was still working on getting the first one. I was frustrated but managed to push past it. I don't like to quit either and am glad I didn't for that workout and glad you didn't for yours too! Love the smiley fairy too, so cute!!! Monday evening- Imax 3 Hi, This evening I did Imax 3 as planned. I was really winded most of the intervals. My knees hadn't been bothering me at all lately, but half way through they were talkin' to me. I modified in a lot of the intervals for my knees sake. To be honest, I almost quit. I don't do that very often, but there are those times when I feel like that. Not sure why, really. Anyhow, I burned 485 calories. I'm glad I didn't quit. I'm off to relax. Have a nice evening everyone. ~~
Guest guest
Hi , Great workout, good for you for getting through it. I hope those knees aren't giving you a hard time now. Good to hear you modified for your knees sake. Take care, Kerry wrote: Hi, This evening I did Imax 3 as planned. I was really winded most of the intervals. Guest guest
That's great you were able to exercise even though you were out of sorts. I hope you feel better now.
