actually i was thinking of you yesterday, because the last time i

remember you posting, you had hurt your back. you probably have

posted since then, but groups doesnt send me all of the mail, so

i probably didnt see it. anyway, this injury really sucks and im

sorry to hear that you are hurting :( i assume that your back is

better now that some time has passed, and i expect that this injury

will heal itself over time as well. hang in there and im proud of

you for still working other parts of the bod while you rest your arm.
