Wednesday evening workout

This evening I decided to do an older step workout of Cathe's.. I done Step Fit. Great calorie burn on this one.... 496 to be exact.

I love the steps in this workout, but really don't like the flying angel. I know everyone talks about how fun it is, but I think it feels awkward and my knee's feel like they are twisting even though I'm staying lifted as Cathe states.

I got a lot of my workouts in the mail today. I got Fit To Kick, Hard Body Yoga Endurance For Strength, and Circuit Max. I previewed them all but Endurance For Strength

.. Hard Body Yoga isn't like what some people said in a few reviews I seen. They said there is very little yoga. They must be blind because there is lots of yoga. I can't wait to try it.

Fit To Kick looks really fun, but it seems weird hearing the music Cathe uses in her workouts with someone else leading it lol I wanted to do this one, but my arms are just too sore. My chest and triceps are still so sore and tomorrow is Gym Style Back, Shoulders & Biceps. I think I'll wait until I've recovered from the GS workouts before I attempt that one.

I'm going to do Traci's workout Sunday and Circuit Max next week.

I have Fit to Kick and just did it yesterday. It's a good workout. It kind of drug on for me, but I think it's cuz I'm liking my interval workouts too much so when I'm back to kickboxing (which I've done for years), I get bored easy. She uses weights in the workout in the end which was kind of neat. I can't wait to hear what you think about it.

It does seem to go on forever! It's a good one though.

My HRM said 1.10 min. but it felt like I was working out for 2 hours.
